Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, visual design and original materials are owned by or licensed to JustMyth. You may view and link to public pages for lawful purposes, but may not falsely represent JustMyth's work, branding or endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse infrastructure or violate applicable law.
6. Third-party services
Links or references to third-party tools, models, platforms or services do not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship unless expressly stated. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. JustMyth does not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may update the website and these terms as our work evolves. Continued use of the website after an update means the then-current terms apply to that use.

These website terms are subject to applicable laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts, community and content
The website now offers optional accounts, a community forum, a waitlist and a contact form. This section adds to the terms above for those features. It is a plain-language draft, not legal advice. Details pending: legal entity name, governing law and courts, minimum account age.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of JustMyth. Contact details are on the Legal page.
Your account
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live to create an account. Keep access to your email and GitHub account secure, since they are how you sign in, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is posted from it.
Community rules
When you use the community you agree to follow the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms and set out what is not allowed.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and reproduce it on this website, for as long as it is on the site, so we can run the community. You confirm you have the right to post it. Posts are public, so do not share anything you want to keep private.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback about MythBrowse or MythDesk, we may use them to improve our work without owing you anything, but we will not publish your name with them without asking.
Moderation, suspension and termination
We may hide or remove content, lock threads, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect users, the site or the law. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; see Your data. To report content that infringes your rights, see Copyright & content reports.
Early access and pricing
MythBrowse and MythDesk are pre-alpha. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date or any particular price, and nothing is sold through this website today. Separate terms will apply to any product you download or buy.
